Puestas del Sol

The holiday home Puestas del Sol is located on the south coast of Tenerife, in a small town called Callao Salvaje, in the district "Sueño Azul". The house is located on a cliff and is about 20 m from the sea. The location is quiet and yet central. The place offers a complete infrastructure with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other shops. You can reach everything on foot. A rental car is not necessary. The house is an ideal base for the perfect family holiday in Tenerife. No traffic or aircraft noise disturbs holiday guests here.
The holiday home has 108m² of living space and is modern and tastefully furnished.
The house has an open room concept, kitchen with living-dining room, two bedrooms each with two bathrooms en suite and a children's room.
The kitchen will delight everyone, as everything is there: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, hot water device.
In the living room there is a comfortable leather sofa and armchair, a television with UHD resolution and an integrated SAT receiver for receiving almost all German television and radio programs, as well as a Blu-Ray player. There are 4 chairs at the dining table (expandable to 6 seats).
There are two bedrooms with double beds measuring 180 x 200 cm (2 mattresses each 90 x 200 cm) and 160 x 200 cm (king-size mattress). In the third bedroom there is a bunk bed with mattresses 90 x 200 cm ideal for children. Children's travel cot (babies and toddlers up to max. 1½ years) with an additional mattress and high chair can be provided if required.
The two bathrooms were equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. One bathroom also has a bidet and a floor-level shower. Bed linen, hand, bath and tea towels are sufficiently available.
The living room and the two large bedrooms can be both cooled and heated using the air conditioning units installed there.
The outdoor area includes a large terrace, which is partially covered and therefore also offers shade. There are sun loungers, a parasol, garden chairs and a table on the terrace. In addition, a wooden staircase leads to the roof terrace, where there is additional garden furniture.
It is particularly worth mentioning that from both terraces you have a fantastic view of the Atlantic and the island of La Gomera opposite. Every now and then you can even see the outlines of the island of La Palma and El Hierro. You won't soon forget the sunsets and the sound of the sea.
The pool is heated in the winter months and has a size of approx. 2.50 x 4 m and a depth of 1.40 to 1.80 m.
A charcoal grill is available.
Internet connection via fiber optic cable is available and is included in the price.
Guests have at their disposal a washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing bed.
Out of consideration for non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.

Price: The price per night for 2 people is €120. Each additional person pays an additional €20 per night. The final cleaning costs €150, for 5 or 6 people €170.
