The Chauffeur house is a typical Canarian country house. It is located in the middle of a large banana plantation. The house formerly belonged to the manor house of the Finca . Here you can enjoy tranquility and magnificent views of the plantations and the sea. The house is at 90 m above the sea , away from mass tourism. The living area is approximately 120 square meters and asks accommodate up to 5 people. The house asks pure country house flair . It is very cozy and tastefully decorated. The living room has comfortable sofas and satellite TV . The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed in the size 140cm x190cm , second with 2 single beds 90cm x 190cm , third with a single bed 90cm x 190cm . The bathroom has a shower . Bed linen , towels, washing machine and barbecue. Other amenities include an 8m x 5m large communal pool is available. The distance to the house is large enough , so that one was taking no disturbing noises. The large pool area has a covered terrace with a table, a small outdoor kitchen with gas grill. In a separate room , there are a few fitness equipment, large table and a projector , which was connected to a satellite antenna . One can enjoy sporting events in community with other guests in large size.

Out of consideration for our Non smoking guests, smoking in indoor spaces is not allowed.

Price: The day price for 2 persons is 90 €. For occupancy of 3-4 persons costs € 100€. For 5 persons 110€. The final cleaning is one days rent.

The apartment is located in the village of Santo Domingo, near the bustling town of Icod de los Vinos. Icod de los Vinos is a municipality in the north-western coast of Tenerife and has 24,290 inhabitants (as of 2005). It is connected via the TF-2 with the capitol St. Cruze de Tenerife and is located north of Arony and the airport Reina Sofia. Neighboring municipalities are La Guancha in the east, La Orotava in the southeast, Santiago del Teide in the south, Garachico in the in the west. Icod de los Vinos has an area of 95.5 square kilometers and is located 235m above sea level. Particularly striking is the prevailing peace in the region. In the center of town is "Drago Milenario" - the dragon-tree, whose age was estimated recently to nearly 2000 years. Recent studies show, however, that it must be around 600 years old. In the immediate vicinity there is the palm house with lots of exotic butterflies. Near the town of Icod is the resort of Playa San Marcos with a black beach, ideal for swimming with young children. Locally you can borrow for a small fee, sun loungers and parasols. There is a Lifeguard on the beach for your safety. Right on the beach there are bars, restaurants and cafes. Shops and pharmacies are located in the center of Icod de los Vinos. Other beaches can be reached within a few minutes by car, such as San Juan de la Rambla.
