Casa del Mar is located on the coast of Playa San Juan. The holiday home is only 100 m from the sea. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars, bus stops and the beach are within walking distance. A rental car is not necessary. The holiday flat has 67 m² divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen-living room and hallway. The accommodation is located on the first floor and is accessible via the stairs. The holiday flat is spacious and furnished with great attention to detail.
The living area has a pull-out sofa bed, Smart TV with channels in all desired languages. You can dine comfortably on the small balcony.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishes and drinking water filter.
The bedrooms have comfortable double beds in size 2 x 90cm x 200 cm
and 135cm x 185 cm. There are also several chests of drawers and a built-in wardrobe for clothes. Bed linen is provided. Iron and ironing board are also provided.
The bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower. A hair dryer, shower and beach towels are provided.
The washing machine is located on the second floor, in a separate room on the communal roof terrace, which can be used for drying clothes and sunbathing.
A baby travel cot with blanket and pillow and a high chair can be provided on request.
Out of consideration for our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.
The Internet connection via W-Lan is free of charge.
Price: The daily price for 2 persons is 65 €. Each additional person pays 15 € per day. The final cleaning is one day's rent depending on the number of guests.

Here you can discover for yourself the Canarian Kitchen, At the harbor you can catch your own fish or just watch the fishing boats coming back with their fish sweep and go back later with the fresh fish. In San Juan there are two diving schools available, Here you can also rent the necessary equipment as required or visit various diving courses or participate in adventurous diving trips. The beach is beautiful and easily accessible, It is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The promenade is a few kilometers long and beautifully designed and offers the visitor unforgettable sunsets as well as a spectacular view to San Juan and the coast.
