Casa La Perla

The holiday home Casa La Perla is located on the south coast of Tenerife, in a small town called Callao Salvaje/Sueño Azul. The location is quiet yet central. It offers the perfect balance between tranquility and urban living. Many restaurants, cafés, shops, and the beach are within easy walking distance. A rental car is not necessary, but guests who wish to arrive by car will find parking in front of the house.
The holiday home has approximately 90m² of living space, spread over two floors. The property is modern and tastefully furnished. The ground floor features a kitchen, living room, and guest toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped. It includes an oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, kettle, dishes, etc. The living area features a large, comfortable sofa and a TV with satellite antenna for receiving German TV and radio programs.
The living room is seamlessly connected to the sunny pool terrace through large glass doors. There is patio furniture and an awning for shade. The pool measures 3m x 5m.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have showers. The master bedroom also has its own small terrace with direct views of the sea and the island of La Gomera. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds measuring 160cm x 200cm and 150cm x 200cm.
Bed linens, towels, and beach towels are provided.
On the top floor, there is an impressive terrace with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. Comfortable chill-out furniture invites you to linger.
A washing machine, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board are available for guests.
