The La Barca holiday apartment is small but perfectly formed. It is located directly by the sea, in a quiet residential complex, far from mass tourism. With 62 square meters of living space and a balcony, it is ample space for two people looking for a private holiday in Tenerife. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has everything you need for a vacation. The holiday apartment offers a well-equipped kitchen-diner, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The living area has a sofa and a TV with a satellite antenna. Reception of German TV channels is guaranteed. Wi-Fi is also available. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, etc. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The mattresses measure 2 x 80 cm x 200 cm. The single bed in the smaller bedroom measures 90 cm x 190 cm. This bedroom also has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The balcony faces south and offers a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Renting a car is not essential. Many restaurants, bars, grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bank, a doctor's office, and a bus stop are within easy walking distance. Guests arriving with a rental car can park it on the complex's grounds.
Towels, beach towels, a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, a dryer, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board are provided.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

Callao Salvaje is located in the southwest of Tenerife. The place is very quiet and tranquil. It is the perfect place for people who want to escape mass tourism and one of the few places where the sun shines 360 days a year. There are two supermarkets in town, a few small boutiques, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, bakery, car rental, and a doctor's office. The Callao Salvaje coast is mostly steep and rocky. But there is a small bay with a sandy beach. The Ajabo beach is very popular with the locals.
