The holiday apartment Engel 44 is located on the Costa Adeje in the Miraverde district.
It is a quiet area with a good bus connection to the tourist places like Los Cristianos
or Las Americas. A rental car is not necessary. You can get everything you need on foot.
Just around the corner there are bars, a restaurant, a pharmacy, a small supermarket,
a bus stop and a dentist's office. Only one kilometre away is a large shopping centre with more restaurants and shops. The holiday apartment has 82 square metres of living space divided into a spacious kitchen, dining room, bedroom, hallway and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, large refrigerator with freezer and cooking utensils. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. The TV is connected to a satellite antenna and allows the reception of international TV programmes. In the dining area, apart from a dining table,
there is another sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed if required. The sofa has
a 140cm x 190cm mattress. The flat has a terrace that faces south and thus offers many hours of sunshine. The bedroom has a double bed and spacious wardrobe. The bed has two mattresses each 90cm x 200cm. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Towels, bed linen and tea towels are provided. Beach towels are to be brought along.
Holiday guests have access to the communal pool. A deposit of 50€ is required for the pool card, which serves as a key.
Internet connection via wi-fi is free of charge.
Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Map description:
On the Costa Adeje you will find excellent beaches and you can go on numerous diving and boat tours from the small port of Puerto Colon. You can also do water sports: pedal boats, banenne boats and jet skis are all waiting to be rented. Along the beaches there is a mile-long promenade where you can find countless restaurants, discos, clothing stores, bars, etc. A small disadvantage, however, is that the Canarian culture has gotten a bit lost in these areas. But if you have rented a vehicle, it is still possible for you to visit Tenerife in its entirety and to visit the unique landscapes and small Canarian villages of the locals to experience a little history.
