Apartment El Centro is located in the center of Playa San Juan. The sea is only a few hundred meters. A rental car is not necessary. All shops, restaurants and bars are, so to speak, around the corner and within walking distance. A long promenade invites you to stroll. It is 450m to the beach. The apartment is on the first floor. The living area is approx. 50m² and consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms. Hallway and a bathroom divided. The kitchen has a four-burner gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, crockery, etc. The living area has a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 135cm x 190cm and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a bidet, bath, toilet and sink. In addition, the guests have an iron, ironing board, towels, bed linen, hair dryer at their disposal. Out of consideration for non-smoking guests, smoking indoors is not allowed.
Price: The daily rent is 65€. Each additional person pays 10 € per night. Final cleaning costs one day's rent.
