The location of the apartment is unique. Bella Donna is right on the sea, in a very quiet residential complex. The only thing you hear is the sound of the sea. From the terrace you can admire the deep blue Atlantic Ocean and enjoy a glass of wine, the sunsets. From the pool terrace, you can go directly on a stairway to the sea. It is an ideal place for people who enjoy fishing.A rental car is not necessary to be within 200 distance of the beach, and a tourist center with many restaurants, shops and bars found. The apartment offers a living area of 60m ² which is divided into living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
The apartment is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. All colors and materials are matched to each other. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a television with satellite antenna for receiving international television and radio programs. The bedroom has twin beds 80cm x 200cm in size. Towels and linen are provided.

Playa de Arena is part of the town of Puerto de Santiago and in the west of Tenerife. It is one of the most beautiful black sand beaches of the island. One can find a beautifully planted directly on the promenade along the sea offers many bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. Puerto de Santiago offers 360 days of sunshine a year with an average temperature of 25 C to 28 C. There are many small restaurants with good food waiting for you.
