The studio Nemo is small but nice. It only has about 30sqm in size but breathtaking views of the cliffs and the port of Los Gigantes. The sunsets are unforgettable. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with basic amenities, such as coffee maker, kettle, back open, large fridge -freezer. In the living / sleeping area have bed, a TV ( Spanish channels only ) and a dining table. There is a communal pool with sun terrace and sea view available. Towels and bed linen are provided.Out of consideration for the Non smoking guests , smoking is not allowed in the interior spaces .
Price: The daily rent for 2 persons is 40 € . The final cleaning is cost 50€
