The apartment El Poncho is located in ground floor of a small house. The apartment is very centrally located. Rents a car is not necessary because all the shops, restaurants and beach are within walking distance. The location is interesting for people who want to relax but also want to experience something . The vacation requests enough space to escape the stress of everyday life . The holiday apartment has a living area of approximately 70m ². It is bright and modern. The kitchen is equipped with all the important cooking utensils. Guests have two bedrooms with single beds in the size of 90cm x 190cm available. One of them has a small balcony overlooking the sea. The bathroom has a shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. The beach towels are not provided. In addition, the resort features a large terrace which is addressed to southeast side.There are only Spanich TV.
In deference to Non smoking guests , smoking is not allowed in the interiors .
Price : The daily rate is for 2 persons 65 € , each additional person pays 10 € per day . Final cleaning one day's rent.

Playa de la Arena is part of the town of Puerto de Santiago and in the west of Tenerife. It is one of the most beautiful black sand beaches of the island. One can find a beautifully planted directly on the promenade along the sea offers many bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. Puerto de Santiago offers 360 days of sunshine a year with an average temperature of 25 C to 28 C. There are many small restaurants with good food waiting for you. You can go from here long walks or boat trips, while, with luck, will be accompanied by dolphins. And for fish lovers there are opportunities for deep sea fishing.
