The Royal is a luxury apartment in a large but very quiet residential community. The location is interesting for people who want to relax but also want to experience something . Rents a car is not necessary because all the shops and restaurants are within walking distance . Guests have a car , is a garage available. The apartment is furnished with modern and very luxurious furniture, which are color coordinated with each other . It offers every comfort. The rooms are big and bright and all embellished with marble floor. From the terrace of the Atlantic and the oldest mountains can be seen in Tenerife. The holiday apartment has ca.120qm living space , which are spread over a large kitchen, living room , two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all major appliances and utensils. The living room has comfortable sofa and satellite TV for the reception of international radio and television programs. Hand, bath and dish towels and linens are plentiful. There is a very large pool.For very small guests , there are children to bed and chair available .
In deference to Non smoking guests , smoking is not allowed in the interiors .
Price : The daily rent for 2 persons is 120 € . Each additional person pays 10 € per day to this . The final cleaning is charged as one day's rent depending on number of visitors.
