Description:

The apartments Eric I and Eric II are located in the middle of a building in the city and also directly to the sea. The house has an elevator . A rental car is not necessary because all the restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds are within walking distance. The holiday apartments are simple but functional. Both are set up almost identical and have the same ocean view . The apartments have 45m ² of living space , which is divided into kitchen , bathroom and two bedrooms. Each apartment has a very small balcony which is equipped with awning. The bedrooms are furnished with single beds, 90cm x 200cm in size and in closets . Bed linen and towels are provided . The beach towels are not provided. The kitchen is equipped with all the important cooking utensils.

Price : The daily rent for 2 persons is 47 € . Each additional person pays to € 6 per day. The final cleaning is charged as one day's rent. One month costs 900 €.
