The apartment El Cono is in a very quiet estate in sunny Playa Paraiso . The apartment is modern and has about 70 square meters of living space. The sun terrace is very large and is furnished with patio furniture. An awning provides shade. The living room has a cozy sitting area, a TV, CD player and radio.The kitchen is separated visually open to the living room and a breakfast bar . All necessary cooking utensils and kitchen equipment are available. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and washing machine. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The mattresses have the size 2 x 80cm x 200cm.Towels and linen are included. On request, a cot and high chair is made available.
Out of consideration for Non smoking guests , smoking is not allowed in the interior.
Price: The daily price for 2 persons is 60 € . Each additional person pays 10 € per day to do so. The final cleaning is charged as one day's rent.
