The apartment La Lecha is situated in a quiet development in the sunny Playa Paraiso. The apartment is modern and has about 50 square meters of living space. The sun terrace around 25sqm and is furnished with patio furniture. An awning provides shade . The living room has a cozy sitting area and a TV . The kitchen is separated visually open to the living room and a breakfast bar . All necessary cooking utensils and kitchen equipment are available . The bathroom is spacious and has a tumble out of the shower and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed with mattress in size 2 x 80cm x 200cm. Towels and linen are included. On request, a cot and high chair is made available.

Out of consideration for Non smoking guests , smoking is not allowed in the interior.

Price: The daily price for 2 persons is 50 €. The final cleaning costs only 45€.
