The holiday apartment Jasmin is by the sea. It is surrounded by private houses, so is a quiet location guarantees. From the balcony you can admire the Atlantic Ocean every evening and enjoy a glass of wine, the sunsets. From the terrace, on which there is also the pool, you can go directly on a stairway to the sea. It is an ideal place for people who like fishing. 150 meters (line) away find the beach, and a tourist center with many restaurants, shops and bars. In direct proximity you will finda massage studio. The masseuse also like to visit you in your own premises. The apartment has a living area of about 75m ² which is divided on two floors. It is decorated in typical Still and equipped with all necessary equipment. The bedrooms have single beds in the size 80cm x 200cm whenever necessary or you can set up separately. Community pool ist heated up 29 Grad. Admission is 1 Euro per day and per person.
Out of consideration for Non smoking guests, smoking is not allowed in the interiors.
Price: The daily rent for two persons is 89 Euros. Each additional person pays only aditional 15 Euro.
The final cleaning is one days rent, depending on the number of people.

Playa de Arena is part of the town of Puerto de Santiago and in the west of Tenerife. It is one of the most beautiful black sand beaches of the island. One can find a beautifully planted directly on the promenade along the sea offers many bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds. Puerto de Santiago offers 360 days of sunshine a year with an average temperature of 25 C to 28 C. There are many small restaurants with good food waiting for you.
