The apartment Guayaba is one of the two apartments which are situated in a private home near San Miguel. Here you can relax, enjoy the landscape and the peace in a hospitable environment. The recreational value is certainly very high and they can be strengthened and motivated to return to their everyday lives. The apartment is very spacious and bright, it is modern furnished and equipped. On the terrace you can enjoy a barbecue or the hours of sunshine. The apartment has 50 square meters and is divided into:Kitchen: open to living room, electric stove with oven, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dining area, dishes, etc.

Price: The daily fee is for two people from the 1.04 bis 31.09 € 36 from the 1.10 bis 30.04 € 40 Each additional person pays € 5 per day supplement to it. The final cleaning cost €50.
