Description:The apartment Perenquén V is one of 6 apartments at Finca Perenquén. It is located in the tranquil fishing village of Alcalá, apart from the tourist bustle. If you are looking to recover the Canarian flair and a quiet place to be, then here you are right. The special feature of the finca Perenquén is their privileged, quiet location and unique view of the Atlantic Ocean, the neighboring island of La Gomera and the mountains. The finca is situated in a large banana plantation and guarantees you absolute peace. Nevertheless, only in a few minutes by car you can do your shopping, walk, or simply get to know the country and its people. Within 5 minutes walking distance you reach the sea with a natural seawater pool, inviting the guests to freshen up. On the coast leads a kilometer-long hiking trail which is often used by cyclists and hikers. The apartment is furnished in typical Canary style. There is a cozy quiet Canarian barbecue place available. The apartment has about 40 square meters and is divided in:

Map description:Alcalá is located at the west coast of Tenerife. The town was the charm of an unspoilt fishing village. Here the people still live mainly from the sea. Every morning the fishermen take their boats out into the open Atlantic. Later they sell the fresh fish to the restaurants and bars in the area. In the small bars and taverns of Alcalá you can than eat excellent fresh fish. Here you get to know well the typical Canarian dishes.
In the immediate vicinity of the village square of Alcalá you find natural beaches, which are used mainly by locals as a place of refreshment. The village square is a meeting place for young and old where people meet, talk with each other or just enjoy the calmness. Alcalá is a very good starting point for excursions around the island.
