Description:
The apartment "Silencio" is located in Costa del Silencio, on the first floor of a modern house. Although it is near shops and restaurants, a good rest and relaxation is guaranteed. The Atlantic is about 50m away from the apartment and is ideal for long walks on the coast. Guests of the apartment "Silencio", are two swimming pools available located directly at the seafront offering fantastic views. In the winter months one of the two pools is heated. There is a vacuum cleaner, an iron and ironing board available. Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.The apartment has 50m ² and offers:
Living room combined with kitchen, two sofas, one is a sofa bed, table, satellite TV system
Kitchen: electric oven with four hobs and oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, plates, kettle, cutlery, etc.
Bedroom: two single beds pushed together with mattress sizes 90x200cm, three-door closet, linen Bathroom: bathtub, sink, toilet, bidet, towels, hair dryer, washing machine, radio
Terrace on the south side with an area of 9m ², awning, a table, four chairs
Price: The cost for renting the apartment for two persons during the period from 01.May. to 30.September is 35 €, in the rest of the period 45 €. The third person pays 5 € extra a day. The cleaning costs 50€ .
