The apartment is situated above the coast of Costa Adeje and offers beautiful views to the Atlantic and the rest of the panorama. Depending on the weather, it is often possible to view the surrounding Canary Islands in the Atlantic too, in particularly the island of La Gomera at sunset offers you unforgettable sights. That ever-pleasant climate in this area is very relaxing. Despite the central location of the cottage, the rapid achievement of the beach, the bars and the shops offer, the house is quiet and also offers peace and relaxation. You can find nearby in Las Amaricas many attractions, so you are not bored, as Aqua Park, SIAM Park, golf courses and opportunities for water sports. The apartment is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Warm wall colors provide a cozy and romantic ambiance in which one can only feel good. For children there is also a cot and a children's chair. The apartment offers a living space of 85m ². The El Rouque is a non-smoking apartment.

Price: The daily rental is for two persons 60 Euros. Each additional person pays only 5,- Euro. In the period from 19th Dec. to 09th Jan, the price for two persons is 70,- Euro. Children up to two years are free. The final cleaning is one days rent depending on the number of guests .

The apartment "El Roque" is located in San Eugenio in a quiet parrt of Las Americas. In San Eugenio you find excellent beaches, and you can start from the small port Puerto Colon a numerous diving and boat trips. Here the time is slower than in Playa de las Americas. Here you will find everything what you need for a sunny vacation, as pedalos, banana boats, jet Ski and much more. In Adeje you find nearby beaches which are particularly for the family. But even those who want to experience something, will find restaurants, clubs, clothing shops, bars and other stores. A small drawback is, however, that the Canarian culture in these areas, is not what it was anymore. If you do rent a vehicle, it is nevertheless possible to travel around Tenerife to visit the unique landscapes and small Canarian villages and the locals to experience a bit of history.
