The luxury holiday house "Villa Teresa" is located in the area of the village called "Las Rosas" on the road which leads to Las Galletas. This property, a 1.000qm area, is partly left naturally and has a nice garden, Here you are not just living, you will relax. On a 200qm area behind the house you find a sunny terrace, partly covered. The house has every comfort you need for your restful holiday. The floor area is 250qm. In a separated room is a washing machine. There are more bedlinen, dish towels, bath towels and tea towels available than you possibly need. Our guests will receive a welcome basket at their arrival with fresh fruits, bread and drinks. The distinctive feature of this house is that the holiday house "Casa Romana" next to it. It can be rented by an extendet family or a party of tourists together with the "Villa Teresa" so it will be suitable for up to 12 persons. The guests of Villa Teresa share the pool and the terrace with the guests of "Villa Ramona". The holiday house is devided in 3 livingrooms, one at a 50qm area, seating groups, TV with english programs, CD player, DVD-player, etc.

Price: for this luxuriously holiday house only EUR 120.- per day and 2 persons for each further person 13 years and older additional EUR 20.-, under the age of 13 years EUR 10.- per day. Internet available via w-lan 24 hours for EUR 10.- for every started week.

In the sunny southern tip of Teneriffa the fishers village Las Galletas is lovated. Very good shopping possibility, nice small wine pubs - bodegas - and cafes inviting you for a stroll through the town
Las Galletas is a former fishing village and well known for their fishing which is still important today. That guarantees you freh fish everyday in comfortable fishrestaurants or for barbecue. Next to the harbour you will find some market stalls where you can buy the just catched fish. Although you can not see it when you drive through, there are a lot of small shops to stroll around. At the promenade is one fishrestaurant on another. You schould avoid the noonday sun because of its intensity. Most of the natives do there siesta (break) at that time. That is why they call it siesta time. Are you interested in the colourful underwater-world ? You find a lot of diving schools. Also night diving and cave diving is possible. You can do the starter course or get the diver teacher licence. In Las Galletas you find mostly small apartment and bungalow resorts which are arranged around a supermarket.
Here you can enjoy your vacation in a quite and comfortable neighbourhood.

Distances:

The distance to the middle of the village or to the beach of Las Galletas is about 1 to 1,5 km. It takes about a 10 to 15 minutes walk.
The baker is just 200 meter away. Th next restaurants and supermarkets are reachable in just a 3 to 5 minutes walk.
To the airport you need 15 minutes by car.
