The luxurious Villa Preciosa is on a plot of 300 square meters and has a floor space of 90 square meters, which is at ground level. All rooms are bright and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary items. The room is open to the living room. The pool is heated from October to April (in price) and has the size of 8 x 3.5 m.

Out of respect for our Non smoking guests, smoking in the interiors of the villa is not allowed. Of course you can use for this purpose and the terrace outside.
