The holiday house is next to a small village surroundet by banana plantagges and wineyards. It is right next to the cliffs at the shore and has a floor area of 200qm. It is located on a 8.000qm property. No fuss from roads or anything else. Enjoy a marvellous view to the Tide (3.718m) and the Atlantic ocean. The country-style furnishing shows you the typically spanish buildings of the old upper-class. Most of the property is not observable. The house is the starting point for many walking tours. In a separate room there is a washing machine and a additional lavatory. The holiday house El Pais is a non-smoking house. Of course you can smoke outside. The house is devided in

The village Buen Paso is located next to Icod de los Vinos and Puerto de la Cruz and like the name says, the idyllic village is in the middle of fertile wineyards with a view to the mountain of Pico del Teide.
Icod de los Vinos is a community noth-northwest of the Canary islanf of Teneriffa with 24290 inhabitants (stand 2005). It is connected with Santa Cruz de Tenerife via the road Buenavista del
Norte - Icod de los Vinos and TF-2. Icod de los Vinos is southwest of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and north of Arona and the airport Raina Sofia. Neighbour communities are La Guancha east, La Orotava southeast, Santiago del Teide south and Garachico west. Icos de los Vinos has an area of 95,9 qkm at an avarage 235m over sea level. In Icod de los Vinos stands the "Drago Milenario", the most well-known dragon-tree. Not long ago people assumed that it is around 3000 years old, but today they come to the realization that it is about 600 years old. It has a height of nearly 20 meter and a diameter of 6 meter. On the opposite there is a worth seeing butterfly zoo where a iguana lives.
At the beach Ülaya San Marcos you can rent sunloungers and other useful things. A rescue guard looks for the safety and at the promenage there are cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a chemists shop.

Distances:

Only a few minutes away by car you can go fishing or go sswimming in a naturally sea-water pool. Further beaches and public pools are in San Juan de la Rambler and San Marcos. The small city San Juan de la Rambla invites you to their beach with fine, black sand which is aslo suitable for children. To the airport South you need 1,5 hours by car (130km), the airport North is 45km (40 minutes by car) away.
You will get to the Loro-Park in Puerto de la Cruz in 15 minutes by car. You can be at the supermarkets and restaurants in the village in about 5 minutes by car. If you like, a german baker comes 3 times a week with fresh bread, cake and figjam and other tropical specialitys.
