The villa is serenely located on a quiet residential street, surrounded by banana plantations and vineyards and only a few minutes drive from the cliff line for fishing or swimming in a natural sea water pool. Playa San Marcos is closed to the village Icod de los Vinos. The villa Anna is separated into 2 houses - main house and adjoining building - but will be rented out only as a whole. The main house with a living area of 170 m² is situated in a large garden of approx. 1,100 m². Indoors: The villa has a large living room with lounge seating, TV and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with best cutlery, dishes, dishtowels, household appliances, fridge-freezer, oven and dish washer. Three bedrooms: Two rooms with double bed and high-quality mattress each. The third room has two single beds . Two bathrooms: with WC, shower and wash basin each. Adjoining House has a fully fitted kitchen with best cutlery, dishes, dishtowels and dining seating, and a further bathroom with shower and WC. Icod de los Vinos is a municipality located in the northwest part of Tenerife, and has a population of 24,290 (2005 censius). The most comfortable access from Icod de los Vinos to arrive at the capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife is to take the deflection from Buenavista del Norte – Icod de los Vinos and TF-2.
Icod de los Vinos is situated in the west - southwest of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and to the north of Arona and the airport Reina Sofia. The municipility’s boundaries extend to the municipalities of La Guancha in the East, La Orotava in the South-East, Santiago del Teide in the South and Garachico in the West.
