In a few minutes on foot you can go to the village of La Playa with many restaurants, bars and shops, or make an evening stroll along the promenade. You will not find any mass tourism. Enjoy a beautiful and quiet holiday which you will never forget. The studio is spacious and well equipped. The high-quality furniture and fabrics complement the comfortable ambiance. The apartment is equipped with a double size bed, 180 cm x 200 cm, wardrobe, dining area and kitchenette. The bathroom comes with a shower which you go to from the outside on the terrace.

Price: The daily rent for 2 persons is 69 €. The final cleaning costs € 28 once. About Easter ( 03/29/2012 to 04/16/2012 ) and Christmas / New Year ( 12/14/2012 to 13/01/2013 ) we charge a surcharge of 20% on the apartment price . If desired, for 10 € per day a satellite TV and Internet-Flat is available.
