Map description:

Parque Holandes is located on the east coast of Fuerteventura, between Corralejo and Puerto del Rosario, and is part of the municipality of La Oliva. The settlement was designed by an architect Holländischen and that is the reason of the name of Parque Holandes. Here you will find both luxurious villas and simpler flats and apartments. The town is near the beautiful sand dunes of Corralejo. The beaches are among the most beautiful of the Canary Islands. In the village itself there are several bars and restaurants and a riding school, organized alongside teaching and day trips. When you arrive at Parque Holandes, the beautiful, historic windmill is the first thing one sees. Part of Parque Holandes is nestled against the mountain and you will be rewarded with some beautiful ocean views if one takes the trouble to go a bit uphill. There is a good bus service to the two neighboring villages of Puerto de Rosario and Corralejo. The ride lasts only 15 minutes.
